Welcome to Alite Mind, an inclusive space for people with busy minds and busy lives to learn mindfulness and meditation in Adelaide. Each class is trauma-sensitive and a complementary choice for self-care.
The gentle guided meditation sessions encourage the release of tension and stress, so you can appreciate and enjoy a restful state of being.
Classes are held every Tuesday and Wednesday in a relaxing space in St Agnes. Over one hour, you’ll be guided with compassion and care to support wherever you are on your journey – perfect for self-care, de-stressing and supporting your health and wellbeing.
Mindfulness is focusing on and being fully present in the moment. Being curious about and understanding your internal world – how you think and feel. Allowing each moment to be exactly as it is. Recognising emotions and feelings and letting them be just as they are. Putting aside judgement and having an attitude of kindness and connectedness towards yourself. Responding to your life in a way that supports you.
“Do not try to save the whole world or do anything grandiose. Instead, create a clearing in the dense forest of your life and wait there patiently, until the song that is your life falls into your own cupped hands.”
– Martha Postlewaite
The guided meditation practices and skills I offer are designed, influenced and developed from the differing teachers who have guided me, as well as from my studies and what I have found beneficial in navigating my life’s journey.
These include mindfulness meditation, breath awareness, relaxation, loving kindness meditation, visualisation, moving meditation, mantra, chakra and journaling. All these practices are valuable and helpful for integrating and cultivating inner peace into our demanding lives.
Each class is different, and the diversity is always interesting. Whether you’re a beginner, or have oodles of experience in meditation, this class is beneficial to anyone who would like to incorporate this as a part of their everyday routine.
I always look forward to what the next class has to offer, and the relaxation benefits it provides.
Natalie is a natural and I thoroughly enjoy these sessions and look forward to them weekly.

- CarolineI am very grateful to have had the privilege of experiencing meditation facilitated by Natalie from Alite Mind. I have journeyed with Natalie from her beginnings as a meditation practitioner and I have personally found her sessions welcoming, professional and an open energetic space where you feel safe to explore many varied aspects of meditation through her guidance. A session leaves me feeling calm and relaxed. Meditation certainly has a positive impact on my health and wellbeing and Natalie allows you to explore meditation in your own way, to follow your own path whilst holding space with others as you do so.
